The department offers a 2-year Diploma program in agricultural machinery and a 4-year Bachelor of Science program in Agricultural machinery.
The Department of Agricultural Machinery provides an opportunity for students to gain experience and to develop practical skills. The focus is on technology related to agricultural development. Student will be trained to assume leadership roles and well-perform within their responsibilities. The department also focuses on technology-based agriculture learning centre. The graduates have good career opportunities especially as technicians/experts in agricultural machinery, they can be employed in agriculture-based industries, higher education institutions and as officers in government services. They also can establish their own business.
